Computer-assisted Language Learning

The fact that the ICT* technology should be integrated in the language learning process is widely acknowledged. The benefit of this integration is not discussed. The question is how to use the ICT the way that it doesn't interfere but help the language learning process.

So the first thing that comes to our mind is the Audio material and native speakers that should help in the acquisition of the second language. The second is the Motivation - in today's competitive world, where even the knowledge is a matter of priorities, how can a teacher increase the motivation? The Illustrative method is a very useful tool - the language learning is very much connected to the memorization of the words acquired. The Emotional memorization is just a solution for it. So if we give some illustrations to the "dry word" it's just the right thing to offer to a language learner.

The recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia for foreign languages for are defined by holding the B1 level of language proficiency. If the ICT is integrated effectively in the process, this level can be achieved easily and in a painless manner of boring and long language learning process and more than that: a school-graduate is very much prepared for the fluent proficiency level as his/her language skills are refined and adjusted to the tool that is the Foreign Language.

As we all know, the modern Lingua France is the English Language. So, for the start, we are focused on the English language learners and teachers.
